I paid $150 for a next day air shipment on a Sunday afternoon (2/16). I understand that shipments don’t go out on Sundays. On Monday morning around 10am, I attempted to track the shipment. I kept getting an error message that UPS hadn’t received my package yet. I went in to the store at 12 pm on my lunch on Monday (2/17) to attempt to get some answers, and the clerks working told me the package had left the store and would arrive on time, and that the scanning information would update after midnight. They refused to actually scan my receipt and I thought that was strange. The error message would generate all day when attempting to track my package. I went back to the UPS Store after work around 6:15 pm on Monday (2/17) to try and check on the status. Again, they refused to scan my receipt and repeated that it would update after midnight and that the package would arrive on time. Alas, the delivery time and date I paid for is there, and my package is delayed. The store neglected to provide transparency in the fact that it wouldn’t be shipped next day air, as it wouldn’t go out until Monday night, end of day, making next day air delivery virtually impossible. This is a deceptive trade practice.

I came into this store to make a ******** Equipment return using a QR code specific for The UPS Store by ********. Immediately, the older woman at the front told me, in a very rude manner, that they don't do those returns and that she didn't know how to process it. I informed her that the QR code is specific to The UPS store. Eventually, she called someone else over to do it, it went through, and then I was handed a piece of paper that states "******** Equipment Return Receipt."

The issue lies that there was no tracking number on this receipt only a return number. ******** needs a tracking number for me for this order and I even did a three way call with ********, The UPS Store and myself to obtain my tracking number which was never provided to me. The manager at the UPS Store informed me to reach out to the UPS 1-800 number which informed me there is nothing they can do for me and I have to get the number from the store directly. The store manager then informed me to email him the QR code and he will get back to me with the tracking number (which was supposed to be given to me in the first place).

I have now called the store every day for three days in which they inform me the manager is not there and write my information down for no one to call me back, or email me back based on the email the manager told me to send him. How can I get this tracking number which was never provided?? ******** is now trying to charge me $150 for equipment I returned because of this UPS store's inability to provide correct receipts and tracking numbers. I would like a response as I was indicated I would receive.

“Never received” 2 packages that USPS tracking indicates were delivered there. Possibly others that I don’t have tracking info readily available for. Also tried to tell me they didn’t have a package, and when I informed them that it had expensive .gov equipment inside they suddenly remembered where it was.
Ignored an email I sent to their official address inquiring about a policy.
