    We hired Daniel for 2 of our houses for pest treatment. Paid up front for the year. He has no showed multiple times, has not returned our phone calls for 3 months now. He stained our rugs going up the stairs from wearing his shoes inside with no covers on them. We asked him for our money back since he is NOT showing up for these "Appointments". Claimed at one time when he didn't respond to me for 2 weeks when we had a huge wasp nest *that needed to be taken care of right away* that he was away at a conference. 2-3 weeks of no responding is rude and unprofessional. He has still not responded to our calls or texts about where our money is?? He is now taking our money and not even servicing our houses. After multiple attempts he still refuses to call us back. I am honestly SHOCKED that he is still in business after reading all these terrible reviews on him. How does someone continue to be in business when they are continuing to STEAL money from people???? All we want is our money back on the houses that he is servicing for the work he is NOT DOING! Whatever the next steps need to be to get our money back were going for it! Someone like this should not be allowed to own their own business and continue robbing from people. I'll continue to leave bad reviews about him on Google if that's what it takes. We have tried to be nice and deal with this like adults should but obviously it's not working!!! I'd like a resolution to this problem ASAP. We can't afford another pest company until we get our money back from Daniel!

    We hired All Green for quarterly pest control including being bonded for wood destroyer coverage. We paid $800.60 in 2022 and paid the renewal of $518.40 in 2023 via check hand delivered to the owner’s porch as he directed me to (it was also captured on ring camera). I was receiving emails and texts for a late payment for well over a month before finally reaching the owner to confirm he needed to cash my check. He was great in the beginning with scheduling services but then began rescheduling and not responding to texts, emails or Facebook business page messages. He agreed in the beginning to come out between quarterly services if we had issues pop up but would always ask if the pests had gone away or wouldn’t respond. Meanwhile I was constantly receiving automated texts and emails saying it had been awhile since I had service and asking if I wanted to schedule.

    I finally had enough after months of not receiving service and emailed the owner to cancel and refund me for the balance of $388.80 for services not completed. He claimed I was scheduled for that week which I never received a text or email for and I was not available regardless. It has been over a month and I have had to follow up twice as he claimed it “should have been processed”.

    We had a new pest control company come out and in their inspection of our property asked about our wood pest control. We were advised that without trenching or setting traps with bait there is no way to actually have wood pest control - so the $655 we have paid for wood pest control appears to have been a scam as there was no additional treatments provided and I never saw more than one tank used which was the same used in the house. The traps we have now All Green could not use as they were from the prior owners pest control company. The owner of All Green told us we could leave them there or throw them out when he started service for us. Being new to the area we did not know better and trusted his word as the professional.

    We hired and prepaid Daniel M******* for a year of pest and termite services. We paid him a total of $1500. Daniel had skipped out on at least 6 months of services. We have have every excuse in the book - “sick” “ didn’t have the correct address” “funeral”. We would like to have half of our money returned. It’s been constant calling during the winter, asking him politely to please honor what we prepaid in good earnest. He skipped November, December, January, February, April and May so far. He either no calls, no shows, ignores texts, doesn’t return calls. He has lied over and over and fails to do what he’s hired to do. He’s supposed to check 3 pest traps monthly and do quarterly pest spray. We want to be done and require a refund since he cannot honor what he sold us.

    I paid $757.55 for a one-year contract on 3-9-2022. Throughout the year, I had to chase them every month to get service. There was always an excuse - someone got COVID, a friend of a friend died or the rain caused a backup. Beginning in 12-22, I had no service or communication, despite my efforts to contact them. As of today, 2-22-23, AllGreen owes me $252 for service that I paid for but didn't receive. I continue to attempt contact but have received no response from them.
