    Had Skylight replaced and new one installed 1-21-19 at my home at **** **** **** Dr., N. Charleston in my master bathroom by A******* RE-Roofs. Everything was fine after installation. In November 2023 we noticed a water leak under skylight. Finally got in touch with Mr. A******* and he sent technicians to repair leak on 12-5-2023. After repair I asked the technician about repainting the damaged area from roof leak.. I was told that they had never re-painted after a repair. I commented that if the leak did not happen I would not have needed painting. After a few weeks waited to see if the leak was repaired. I contacted company again on 2-20-24 again to see about painting repair. Mr A******* said he would send his son over to check out my bathroom repairs. Spoke with son and said he would come by to check on paint job needed. I have made numerous calls and have gone to answering machine at first, now it sounds like my number is being blocked. I have not received any satisfaction on this issue. Errol Y****,

    I’m sorry Mr.Y**** is trying to blame me for old leak in skylight.. We came out after he called us about the skylight.. We are not responsible for his old stains .. we did the roof repair and it is not leaking ..

    i did not see your email with comments from Mr A*******. His skyline is the reason i have a stain on ceiling. I'm sorry he feels this way. can i post back a review on your website?
