    HORRIBLE! Used to be good but taken on too many patients. My cat was sick on a Wednesday morning and they were too busy to see her. Rude staff told me "take her to ER". `13-year patient and they are too busy when she needed them most. The next week brought her in for follow up. Waiting in car 40 minutes. Had to call 2x to get someone to my car to take her in. That's the other thing, you don't get to go in with your pet, you have to wait in the car. Isn't that stupid? I can see it during Covid but this is 8/30/22 and everyone else is back to normal. Clearly a "crowd control" measure because they are too busy. They don't want us to step foot inside the clinic. HORRIBLE way to run a clinic for animals. Then Dr. Chad didn't like my complaints so he came out to my car to cuss me out. He has worked himself into psychosis. Take a vacation Dr. Chad and stop taking new patients until you can manage your current case load.
