    I am filing this complaint regarding Beyond Automotive LLC in connection with the ongoing issues I’ve had after paying $1,400 for parts and labor to have my car repaired.

    Despite being told that my car was fully fixed, the same issues I paid to have repaired continue to occur. My vehicle has stalled and left me stranded on two separate occasions since picking it up from their shop. This has not only caused major inconvenience and stress, but it has also raised concerns about the safety and reliability of my car, which I trusted was properly repaired.

    I have tried to resolve this directly with Beyond Automotive LLC, but my efforts have not resulted in a proper resolution. I feel that I paid a significant amount of money for a service that was either not completed correctly or not completed at all.

    I am requesting either a full refund or a proper repair of the issues I originally paid to have fixed. I would also like to see accountability from this business to ensure that other customers do not go through the same situation.

    BEYOND AUTOMOTIVE LLC has attempted to Maintain a good and positive relationship between the business and customer. We made clear that if they were to have any issues with their vehicle after the repair that it would be warrantied with no cost to the customer. We have fixed several issues on different occurrences just to keep our word and also in attempt to keep the customer happy. However, it got to a point where the customer had issues that were unrelated to the prior repairs that we completed (which we still took liability of) and out of frustration chose to not have us as a shop work on their vehicle further more. This is very understandable. At this point, the customer requested a refund of the money for labor as well as parts, which are parts they still have installed on their vehicle. They stated if they could not get the full refund previously stated that they would take us to court. We offered the full labor amount back to them which they declined. Furthermore we as a business decided that it may be best to take the issue to court and compare documentation. We hope to come to a reasonable resolution with them.

    The business stated that there were other issues wrong with my vehicle that they fixed at no cost. Please make sure that you bring that proof with you to court as the Civil Paperwork has been filed as of April 14, 2025. There were no other issues wrong with my car as proven by the quote that was given to my by the business that states the issue being the Radiator Cooler and the Radiator Cooler ONLY. So if there were any other issues they would have been listed on the original Quote. The business tries to say that after the first repairs the car wouldn’t start due to needing a battery and required a jump. I purchased the battery myself and was done. I had my car back for 2 days and then it put me on the side of the ride due to them not sealing the radiator properly. Now my car has the same exact issue wrong as when I brought it to them, and per my second opinion at Guignard Auto, Beyond Automotives inability to properly fixed my car has caused other damage to my vehicle. So this matter will be taken to court.
