      I signed up for credit repair on 10/14/2022 and decided on 10/17/2022 I did not want to do business with this company. I spoke with Daniel who reassured me the company was legit. I agreed to continue to with the process however, it's been over a month and I have not received one credit report. I was told that it would only take 6 days but nothing has happened in a month. I called and asked for a refund of my 99.00 and was advised they would not be giving me my money back. This company is a fraud and scamming people out of their money.

      The consumer did sign up on the 14 Oct 2022 through our website, yes she did ask for a refund which we would have been more than happy to give her one at that time but the representative on the 17 Oct 2022 talked with her and talked about the agreement, that it did state we sign everyone up for 12 months and that she could cancel anytime during that time and at that time she said she would send files as she received them, not asking for a refund at that time. She now says she did not receive any in the mail. Pre the FCRA the credit reports are ordered through the automated computer by law they either send the report or will send a letter asking for more information she said she did not receive anything. He told her to send proof of address and SS card. Her payment was due on the 14 Nov 2022 and we did not ask her for that payment even though she owes it. At this time even though she called us names we understand people get upset we will be more than happy to reorder the reports again but she needs to send the info we asked her to send. I think she just has had buyers remorse. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because: They never asked for my ss card, nor proof of address.  I will count this as a loss. Thank God all I paid them was $99.00.  I'll say it again this company is a scam and I thank God I found this out in the beginning before paying them hundreds of dollars.  This is not the first complaint against this company for not doing what they promised.  I hope that they are found out, sued, and closed down for good.
