      I was not sure about using this company because of the reviews but I would recommend the set tech that came to my house. He explained everything thoroughly and explained to me what was causing my A/C unit to leak. I have asked for a quote for him to come back and fix the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

      We were referred to Air Plus Services through our home warranty, American Home Shield.

      We were experiencing system issues the previous season so made a warranty call that generated a freon charge as an initial solution. The technician was great at his job and educated me on homeowner-level maintenance to increase longevity and unit efficiency.

      This worked until the current season. We put in another service request where the same technician showed up and topped off the freon in the unit pending a follow-up appointment. He said the system is closed circuit so we likely have a leak.

      Jason (The Owner) came to the house and evaluated the situation. During our initial conversation, I was asking questions about unit capacity versus costs to evaluate the whole as a measure of value. Through our discussions, he initially made recommendations that erred on the conservative side regarding unit capacity and cost. Until He made phone calls in front of me and started shopping around to replace the full system through our warranty.

      When we got into the financials of it, he laughed and said wow, for that, I would go for the larger unit and I agreed after independent research. We proceeded with the order and got everything paid and ordered through our home warranty.

      Jason and the office staff are very transparent and great communicators who kept us updated throughout the entire process. They are very professional and dependable.

      With a completely new unit, it is not likely that we will require HVAC services beyond just annual maintenance. Air Plus Services will be our go-to company for maintenance and any other HVAC-related issues for the duration we live in the area. They are one of the better warranty servicing companies that we have worked with.

      This company scams people and home warranty companies. Will not provide an invoice. Unresponsive

      we received this customer's service call from the home warranty via email on 06/14/2023 at 6:01pm est and the call was cancelled on the same day at 6:14pm est. our office closes at 5:00pm est therefore we didn't see this till 8:00 am est the next day. we didnt contact the customer because of the cancelled call.
