    Air solutions heating and cooling at 2190 storage road sumter south carolina, Tge technician told me my contactor was bad and needed to be replaced, did not tell me what the charge would be before he replace it and charge me seven times what it would cost for anyone to go purchase one, that did not fix the problem.Then he stated that it could be the control boards, compressor or other things, he did not know how to troubleshoot. Charge me $ 216.00 for a contactor plus the $75.00 for the service call, that I was okay with total cost was $290.73.
    When asked, why was the contactor so much? He said. How do you think the owner pays for the van., he also took my good contactor with him.
    Maybe to sell it to someone else, who knows.
    While the technician was still at my house getting ready to leave.
    I called the office.The lady said she would have the supervisor call me, this has never happened.
    My suggestion is to have somebody train this technician on how to troubleshoot, unless they're in the business of ripping people off.
    By the way another a c company came out replaced my run capacitor on the unit, it's working fine only cost me $105.00 and that included the service call.
    Would not recommend this company nor never use them again
