    Was charged $204.00 today for 2 labor hours, only to be told they couldn’t start the mower or figure out what was wrong with my zero turn, that they had since last year 2024, do to no working mechanic, being short staffed, being closed during several days throughout the week of their posted business hours, as well as not answering phone calls.
    Picked up the mower today to take it to another mechanic.
    Within 20 minutes after drop off to the new mechanic. Received a called to say the mower was running, just needed to change a couple of parts and it should be ready for pickup in a few days.

    So they are charging Labor fees for Managements lack to have an experienced mechanic on sight, but still taking in customers property claiming to offer a service that they knew at some point they couldn’t and failed to deliver to the customers. Never even called the customer to give the option to come back and retrieve their property because their company was unable to render the services as advertised REPAIRS…REPAIRS…. REPAIRS… SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP ????

    Who has $204.00 to just give away for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/NO SERVICE RENDERED. ??
