      In June 2024, my transmission started shifting roughly, sometimes not at all, and threw codes. I took it to Turners, who recommended a full replacement, stating it couldn't be rebuilt. I approved the $5,000 replacement, but when I asked to see the old transmission, they claimed they didn't inspect it. In August 2024, during a trip to Florida, my dad noticed the subframe bolts weren't tightened, causing a major safety concern. In March 2025, my transmission began whining and shifting roughly again. I took it back under warranty, and the shop informed me about additional issues, including a broken transmission bracket ($300) and a leaking rack and pinion ($1,100). These issues had not been present before I dropped it off. I approved the bracket repair but held off on the rack and pinion. On March 21st, the mechanic informed me the replacement transmission was faulty and offered either a long wait for a new one or a $2,000 rebuild. After some negotiation, they agreed to search for a replacement. On March 24th, I went to retrieve my receipts and discovered no rack and pinion leak, just grime buildup. I suspect the shop's failure to properly tighten the subframe bolts led to a fluid line leak, not the rack and pinion issue they claimed.

      My name is Joeseph ******, I have received my vehicle back, its still running a bit rough. They have informed me my new transmission will smooth itself out after I've put about 300 miles on it for my computer to learn its new pattern. I will keep you updated as things move forward.
