    I bought a $12k program from BnB investor academy to aide in AirBNB investments. I was told that they were going to, "hold my hand in the process," with this I was expecting them to find properties for me and set all that would be needed up for me.. not be having to find properties myself and to pay extra money for other services. I was told by their affiliated accounting company (****** ***) that I had to sign with them in order to get my business set up, but this cost me thousands of dollars and I am unsure as to why at this point as I have heard from others that this typically does not cost this amount. Neither company has lived up to my expectations, but the contracts state I cannot have a refund. I am in financial hard ship at this point and have asked AirBNB to consider this a they have not lived up to what they have offered. At this point, they are not offering any refund.
    I have spoke to several law offices about this who advised me to file a complaint with you guys as this seems, "like a big scam," but me being in a different state makes thing harder for me.

The client, ********* ****** and our company have reached a resolution. ********* signed the attached agreement doc and I've attached the email confirmation of the agreed upon refund provided. Please remove this BBB complaint immediately in accordance with the signed agreement from the customer.
