    I left July 7th, worked on ac unit for two months upstairs. Had my highest electric bill ever with water heater breaker off and no one there. Tech failed to realize first unit goes with second disconnect and vice versa. My air ran 24 hours a day until my neighbor found disconnect pulled. ****, the service manager said he would take care of it. That was a joke and a scam. A reputable company would say sorry we made a mistake.

    Regarding ******************, we had been working on his neighbor's unit when he called to let us know that we apparently had done something to his unit. We had inadvertently pulled the disconnect on his unit, as sometimes they are not clearly marked. On 8/17 we dispatched ************** out to find that his condensate drain was clogged, and therefore, the safety had shut his unit off. We cleared the drain, and at that point also found the unit low on refrigerant. Neither of these issues were caused by pulling the disconnect.



    We then went back on 8/19 to determine where he may have a leak, and we found it in his evaporator coil. We also installed 3 pounds of refrigerant to get the system running. That is the last we knew of the situation. This is a old system that is very bad condition. It is in need of replacement.



    Finally, ****************** has not been charged for any of the work we performed.



    I am not sure what ****************** expects of us at this point, but we are willing to work with him.
