    Ordered a tailgate assist kit for my truck. I was only shipped ( after a month) one single bracket . Supposed to be two brackets , piston , and hardware

    This is the first email I received regarding this, so I do not know why its saying this is my second notice. But, regarding the matter, I made a mistake on my end initially which caused a longer lead time than normal on my product. Customer placed order on April 25th. I do have a 7-10 business day lead-time for processing, listed on the description of the item. So technically we were still shipped within the listed time frame. However I always try to ship weekly. But in this case that did not happen, I slipped up and misplaced a couple of packages that were supposed to be dropped off at the post office. The customer reached out on May 7th about the issue. I had already realized it and taken care of the problem prior to their email. I let them know I made a mistake and that they should expect to see the part very soon. They proceeded to let me know each day the part did not arrive. I checked tracking that Saturday and the PO had sent it to PA for some reason which postponed the delivery date till Monday. Monday when he received the part he ordered he emailed me telling me the kit was garbage and I was doing bad business etc. He did not read the listing description when purchasing. It is very clear what is sold in the kit. The video he is referring to is a ******* ***** of someone installing all of the parts (part of which are to be sourced by the customer which is clearly stated in the listing.) I have attached as many pics as I could to back all of this up. Please if there are any questions call my cell at ************. Again, this was the first form of any contact I have gotten from the BBB.
