    I placed two orders with this company, spent over $1000, have proof money was deducted from my financial institution/card. Spent over a week trying to get in touch with them back in April, had to go through the customer service support in Indiana, they placed a ticket to help me reach them about my orders, took many more email attempts and over ten days, I called again yesterday and I guess the Indiana headquarters, finally reached out to them, to get them to respond. Only to find out they lied to headquarters regarding part of my order being sent out last week. And when the gentleman named Mahoney contacted me after 7pm on a week night, he was not very responsive, never once apologized for everything I’ve been through, I still have no electronic verification from them, that my orders have been placed and or received. And then Mahoney sends me an email, informing me of what more I need to do, to receive my sons class ring and letter,an jacket, and that I need to respond ASAP because it takes 6 weeks to get the class ring done, whe, I’ve been trying to reach them. They have many horrible reviews on google, and again I’ve spent almost $1000 and they have still yet to let me know if or when I’ll receive anything, and even one of the ladies at my sons school said her and her husband ordered their sons cap and gown in February, and as of second week in may they hadn’t received it, another parent stated their cap and gown came in used, stained, and a mess. Even the customer support team in Indiana, I could tell became upset with this location, due to the enormous issues with the customers they have there, so it’s not just me. But, I feel this company, has some serious flaws, and clearly issues with their customer service response time, attention to their orders, and if it were not for the schools forcing the parents to use them, their financial profits would be greatly affected. I never had this happen with ******* ever. I have all evidence of their negligence.

    If i could give negative stars, I would. Order my daughter's graduation supplies of August 2024. We still do not have her cap and gown and they made her believe that I didn't order them. I have called and emailed repeatedly for updates. I get clipped short emails, if any with vague responses and no answers. No customer service not accountability for their mistake. I was told the cap amd gown would be here by the end of April and still nothing. Not to mention everything else i ordered at the same time.Do not recommend this company, they need to do better. High school graduation is a big deal to these kids!

    The office manager in Taylors,SC was an answer to my prayers! I was having trouble placing an order for my grandson's graduation online (technology isn't my forte) so I went to a local Herff J**** office. I was pleasantly surprised to find how friendly the office folks were. The manager was in the middle of actually filling orders and he stopped to help me. He patiently took my order and printed a receipt. I don't have to wonder if everything was included in the order. What amazing service!!
