This company does on-line auctions of thing that are returned by buyers. I have purchased a number of items from them successfully. On Nov. 24, 2024, I bid $220 on a recliner that was advertised as: Modern Recliner Chair Black, Manual, Value $600. I picked up a sealed box box the next day and when I opened it, there was only the chair back and seat. No base, no mechanism, no arms and no foot rest. I called the seller and asked if they missed a 2nd box. They said no and that if it wasn't complete, it was my fault for not previewing it. After requesting my money back and being denied, I made a multitude of calls trying to complete the chair. How can they show a picture and say the value is $600? I found an ad on ****** for the same chair ($599) and called to see if I could purchase the missing parts and was told no. They were also unable to give me a customer service number for the maker which was probably in ******  I was unable to find anything about the maker via google. I learned it was impossible and finally, after weeks of trying to find parts, I trashed it.
