    Unfortunately, I have had a horrible experience with Precision Landscape Management. I have been a customer for years, at 2 different houses and just received a call that they need to "part ways" with me, as a customer.
    On May 26, 2023, Precision came to service my yard. I have a gunite pool that is surrounded by a concrete pool deck. They applied granular lime to the grass adjacent to the pool and some went onto the deck and into the pool. I was able to remove the granular lime from the pool deck, but the granules in the pool sank to the bottom and caused hundreds of tiny dark stains.
    I called Jeff C****** from Precision immediately, and he sent their technician back out to blow off the excess granules. He admitted he hand spread the lime in the back (which my Nest camera shows is not accurate).
    Precision said they would call a pool company and have someone come out to remove the stains. 24 hours later, Jeff called me back and said that he has decided to "part ways" with me as a client and that they were not going to fix the pool stains.
    Now I'm stuck paying for the repair myself.
    I am beyond disappointed that Jeff is not addressing the issues and made the decision to drop me as a client because of Precision's mistake.
