We have lived here for five years and have enjoyed every day. Our landlord worked very hard to build and maintain this beautiful park. We became friends from the moment we met him. Our neighbors are all friendly and helpful. And the lady who sold us our home went over and above all we expected. She has sold most of these homes over the years. She’s a gem!!! Don’t pay any attention to chronic complainers. There is always a fly in the ointment. *** ***

Lived here for 7 years! Love the community. It’s safe, private yet close to everything! Never had any problems with our home or our community! We are a close knit retirement community and the nicest manufactured home retirement community in the upstate!

I moved to Pebble Springs over 8 years ago and have not had any regrets. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood with well-maintained homes and yards. I've appreciated the warmer weather than up north, but also have enjoyed the new friends I've made among my neighbors. We are close to almost any type of shopping and entertainment one could want.

Management (Owner of the community) is:
Rude: responds to complaints with: "If you don't like it move!"
Incompetent: He took 17 acres of swamp land, put manufactured homes on it and didn't account for the serious water drainage problems that would occur in the future.
Dishonest: He was advertised on the internet as a "Good Christian man" but shows no respect or empathy for others...especially his tenants. He calls himself a "developer" when in reality he seems to be clueless as to the ways and means of developing a community. Houses were built on a site that would better serve as a retention pond. Seriously, his bungling efforts have to be seen to be believed. When we complained about several problems after moving in to our manufactured home, especially a very poorly constructed porch, his true "Christian" persona came to light when he replied: "Looks to me; you folks just got yourselves a house you're stuck with." You must give at least a one star for a review to be published. Otherwise he would be a minus.
