    Very rude and unprofessional staff. I arrived at the store around 930am and was greeted by a female employee. I had two small ****** returns to process. She was working on a package and for several minutes just kept working on this package by continually adding tape to it and ignoring me. She was the only one there at the time. After several minutes I said, I my breath, that I could not believe this. She heard me but took exception to that. I asked her to come and scan my returns and she refused! When I requested she come to the counter and scan the returns she advised that she would not because of what I said. I said geeze and she then stated that she would call be police to have me removed from the store. At this point I left and will never return to this location. Over the years I have had issues with this location regarding notary and general staff competence. I one instance they female employee scanned the wrong address on the ****** return and somehow had it sent back to me! Also, the store is not very clean. The floors are always dirty, un-swept and not mopped and the door glass is always filthy covered with finger prints and smudges. Many times the store was not open during posted hours. In fact, one time recently the employee was there but the manager was not and she could not start the system. I have been in customer service and have run my our retail store and online businesses as well as large call centers for 40 years. In reading this locations other reviews, the store has a lot of issues with employee rudeness. They need to be trained in how to treat customers properly I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well.

    This person had come into the store previously and treated my employees with disrespect. On a previous visit, we had a sign that said we would be closed on Easter Sunday, to which he replied that is "horse s**t". On this occasion he came in and when my employee said I will be with you in just a second because she was packing a fragile item. He then began to sigh loudly after just a second. When my employee asked if there was a problem, he replied "You are the problem, get you fat a** up here and scan my amazon packages!" It was at that point my employee asked him to leave. When he refused to leave and called my employee "an incompetent b****" she told him that she was going to call the police.

    This UPS store seems to have me confused with someone else which means that they have other customers with issues with the store staff. I have not made any comment about a store closer for Easter. “I never said anything about her weight again proven my point about customer service. I never called her "an incompetent *****". This UPS store has many issues including having hearing problems. Making up false accusations is proof that this store is poorly run and has issue. Just look at other online reviews as proof. Avoid this UPS Store location at all costs and use the University Square location just two miles down the road.”
