      Fairly easy to talk with. Money changes every day with the market. Please advance your phone operators. They understand customers and get a plethora of issues.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad that you find our staff easy to work with and thank you for your kinds words and understanding for our Customer Support Center (phone operators). They love working with our customers and helping get them to the appropriate person internally. Most of all, we appreciate the opportunity to call you our customer!

      Very unprofessional!! I called trying to get 5 transactions disputed and the lady that answered the phone transferred me to the wrong department. The department she transferred me to put me on hold for 20 minutes. When they finally answered she was extremely rude and was asking unnecessary questions instead of just transferring me to the right department. I informed her that I was at work and was in a bit of a rush and she didn’t care. In fact put me on hold again waiting for a supervisor. After 30 minutes being on hold I had to hang up and never got the issue resolved.
