    Welches Roofing replaced my roof in June 2022. We decided to go with Welches because they could start on our roof right away and finished a couple days later. We recently noticed a leak in our house so my husband and I tried contacting Welches for 2 weeks straight. He ignored my calls several times. Answered my husband and told him to send our address in a text. He did right after the phone call with no response. Waited a week and tried to contact him and follow up. We found separate phone numbers related to his business, called/texted them with no response. We ended up calling another roofing company to come fix our leak to which they discovered more issues than we anticipated. The flashing around our chimney was halfway and poorly installed so we needed extra caulking to temporarily fix the leaking. Since it was so poorly done, the slow leak caused rot on the inside of our home. Needless to say, the unprofessionalism, carelessness, poor quality of work and not standing behind their work is disappointing and infuriating. Wouldn’t recommend.
