I had to get my car towed to them. After having to call multiple times because they only called me back once in a two month timeframe to get an update I finally got told they “drove” my car and could find nothing wrong with my car. They did fix my tire rim because it was messed up. I paid over the phone and asked for them to leave the key under the mat and unlocked so we could pick it up after work. We went to pick it up and the car was locked. Had to go back home grab the spare key. I got in the car and my key wasn’t in there. I started the car and my tire they fixed had a PSI of 61. I pulled out of the shop and on the way home my car started acting up again, my husband was driving behind me and could notice my car was acting up. We made it home and it quit on me again. My husband tried to get it going but couldn’t. He also check my tire pressure manually and it was in fact 61… it shouldn’t be over 35 in my car! If they had drove it like they said they would’ve notice that it was messing up and also put the right PSI in my tire! I found a shop to check my vehicle out and they just called to say that the place I took it to before (super service) should have easily seen this if they truly looked under the hood and drove it. My spark plugs are worn completely and are misfiring. Also the coil needs to be replace. They said my tire being that high could’ve caused a serious accident had it blown. I went to Super Service to pick up my spare key and receipt. I was told they couldn’t find the key, but to take a key that had Chevy Malibu on it and try it on my car . I told them I couldn’t try it because it’s broke down at the house even though they said it was “fine”. They just shrugged and said take it home and see if that was the key. The carelessness and unprofessional attitude blows my mind. Now I’m having to pay over $400 to fix my car and pay for towing because they didn’t do as they said. Glad I found someone else who is honest to work on my cars!
