They have had my truck since the middle of July … they called me when they recorded motor to put in my truck and stated it would be ready by middle of next week.. that was 3 weeks ago I spoke with them yesterday. They was trying to tell me I will owe bogus prices for things I know was not broken.. such as water pump alternator thermostat and hoses I replaced thermostat 1-2 days prior to taking my vehicle to shop.. now every time I call there is supposedly someone working on my truck there can’t give me a completion date. Every time I ride past or even make an appearance no one is working on my truck…

When Mr. ***** brought vehicle in with his aftermarket warranty, He was told that we were booked up and maybe he should take to somewhere else. He declined.  Vehicle was brought in with a blown head gasket due to OVER HEATING.  Warranty Companies take up to 48 hours to get back to shops PER OCCURANCE. Warranty Companies have processes. Shops are at the mercy of the Warranty Companies.  Our Shop is not going to stop working on other projects to constantly make a warranty company issue a priority.
Mr. ***** was offered the opportunity to replace items with 120,000 miles on them that have been in an OVERHEATED CONDITION, and some of them contaminated, as well this is a standard operating procedure.  EXAMPLE: Spark plugs with 120,000 miles on them. Why would you want to but old parts on a new long block  - A long block includes the engine block, pistons, crank, cylinder head, valve train and camshaft.  BUT we did as Mr. ***** requested
Mr. *****’s demeanor has been less than cordial. He has been found trespassing on premises after hours, rude and obnoxious. We have finished the job per Warranty and Customer Guidelines… NOT SHOP RECOMMENDATIONS and now we are currently at the payment status to conclude this transaction
