    I've been with this company almost 2 years. Ever since I've been with them, I have to call whenever my service is disconnected after paying my bill in order to get it back on. This happens every time. Even times when my bill has been paid. They don't have a 24 hr customer service. The technical support couldn't tell me why it wasn't working. Imagine paying your bill and being told the service will automatically cut on and doesn't. I just paid 300 dollars for my bill to be on and it doesn't work. They could open a ticket but it won't be resolved until someone comes in the next day. It's a inconvenience. I work 8:00 to 6:30 I can't work with nobody because I won't be home. To say that this business is this big and they don't have the means to accommodate their customers speak volumes!!! On top of that I'm being charged twice for Giga Center, Internet Service Platinum, and Internet only service. Every 2-3 months.

    Good Morning,

    PRTC's records show that this account was permanently disconnected on 8/22/2022. The last payment that PRTC received on this account before it was permanently disconnected was on 5/12/2022. The service has been on temporary disconnect for non-payment since 6/9/2022. The customer made a payment online on 8/24/2022 after the permanent disconnect.

    PRTC's policy is that once an account has been permanently disconnected, the customer has to contact customer service to get the service reinstalled. After being off for more than 60 days, we do not automatically reconnect an account as in some case the customer may have moved.

    To get this service reactivated, Ms. ****** will need to call XXX-XXX-XXXX or stop by our office located at 292 Robertson Boulevard, Walterboro, SC 29488.
