    We purchased a house in Greer in 2017 that had been "flipped". Floor issues became apparent a few months later. The time for tolerance of living with problems ended. Janet to our rescue. She came to the home, carefully accessed the many problems, presented a solution that would "fix" the problems, NOT cover the realities. She patiently helped us choose appropriate floor covering. Her team of installers worked efficiently very hard to complete our job. It looks great! Janet and her entire team are courteous, respectful and kind people. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

    The service provided by Janet & her staff was superb. She made two trips to review products & provided detailed information on the one I chose. On the day of install, she arrived that morning, had one if her workers bring in a box of flooring for me to view & confirm it being correct Her installers were courteous, respectful of us & our property. They worked diligently, continuously, & carefully to ensure a beautifully installed floor. After the completion of install, they cleaned up, by sweeping, taking out & disposing of any & all debris. We will definitely use them for future flooring needs, I confidently & highly recommend them. We ate ecstatic with our floors & the excellent service.

    Work was performed quickly and when the threshold needed adjustment they addressed it next day. Floor looks great!
