I took my car into Mooneyhan's Auto Service on Wednesday Oct 19 for an inspection.
After the inspection I was told that my 2014 Ford Escape needed spark plugs-His actual words "Well, there is nothing wrong with your car except it needs spark plugs" I asked when he could do it. He said Friday. I made arrangements to drop my car off on Thursday night and waited all day on Friday to hear about when to pick up the car, I did not hear from them so about 4:20pm on Friday the Oct. 21st I called to find out about the time to pick up my car as I know they close about 5:00. He told me "I was just about to call you. We have a problem. My mechanic broke a spark plug off in your engine. The car will not be ready by 5:00 today". I waited on Monday and Tuesday to hear from them. I was told the car was not running smoothly. It idles roughly. It needs to be traded in. I had my brother call them. They informed him it was a piece of trash and it needed to be traded in. My car ran smoothly when I took it in to him. There was nothing wrong with the car. I only took it to him because I received a maintenance card in the mail. I wish now I had never taken it to Mooneyhan's. They ruined my car and they want to pay for them ruining it.
