      Anderson is the owner of Correct Alignment. He lied to me on multiple occasions about repairs & refuses to give me any docs or proof that he purchased the engine discussed, & may be using a nonprofit organization to evade taxes on the work he charged me for. Details of interaction:
      - Lied about car repairs to my car
      - Refused to provide a receipt for the engine or the warranty
      - Refused to return vehicle simply bc I demand proof that he purchased the engine and warranty we agreed on?
      o He has told me that he does not have to provide me that information and that I should bring the car back to him if there are any issues
      - Lied LKQ wouldn’t sell directly to me
      - Had me Cashapp engine/towing fees ($2600) to Christ Fellowship International ($cfiministry1)
      - car repair would take a week- it was a month +
      - 8.19.23 car was ready when it was not (drove 186 mi roundtrip)
      - Sent me to multiple locations to pick up car, but was told it was not at either location (wasted entire day- car wasn’t ready
      - Told car needed a battery; lied & forced to buy at their inflated cost by saying battery I bought would void the engine wty
      o LKQ agent and website confirmed not true
      o Autozone manager (Tracy) said Anderson called to get exact same battery I returned
      - Promised delivery to Lake City the following day
      - Delivered car without engine purchase receipt or warranty
      requested @ 10:41PM
      - Refused to give documents and wouldn’t leave car
      - Said he would email it next day but did not
      - Had no further contact with me until I was able to get a ride back to shop 9 days later
      - Still would not provide the info or release car & now charging I owe $45 daily storage fee - despite the refusal to provide legally required docs
      - higher repair estimates than agreed (turbo engine -not discussed)
      - Charged $200 for towing to Lake City -did not tow
      - His business partner blamed me for trusting what Anderson told me and accused me of not doing my due diligence (recording available)
