      We purchased a storage building from them. The building is excellent and as expected. Delivery and set up was not. The driver was rude, left the building raised much higher off the ground than should have been. When complained to the owner he said he knew the driver and had heard that before. Now he does outsource his deliveries to another company who he told us to contact. They also told us he had other complaints about the driver and he would have to charge us to come and make it right. We did not purchase or contract with him - we purchased from Best Built and they should stand behind their product thru delivery and set up they did not. I would warn others against using them.

      First of all I have to say,I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with parts of the drilling buying experience.
      Please understand there's multiple companies involved here. Best Built Barns is just the sales lot where the salesman helps you as much as possible on deciding which building best suits your needs and then fill out the necessary paperwork. After that point Best Built Barns is no long involved.
      For example, if you bought a car and then had a problem with it, You wouldn't hold the salesman responsible for the repair. You would ask the dealer, who has the responsibility to fix it.
      Best built Barnes is just the salesman of your building.
      The delivery and set up is nit is not part of best built barns.
      Again I'm very sorry to hear that you had any kind of bad experience but please do not hold best built Built Barnsresponsible for something they have nothing to do with.
