    I came into this location on 10/15/24 to have my screen replaced and figure out why my iPad wasn’t charging. Upon entering the store there was a few customer so I waited to explain the services I need. I was told that it would take a few days to run some test to figure out the problem. The services I agreed to have done were front screen and digitizer , battery and charging port because they were unsure without running test. Everything totaled $419.85 I received an $40 discount in store. I paid a $150 deposit with a remaining balance of $229.85 due at time of completed services and pick of iPad. I was notified through text that iPad was completed on 10/16/24 . I picked up iPad on 10/18/24. A screen protector was placed on screen by women employee in store I applied clear hard case in store as well. Noticed black dots on screen same day i called before bringing the iPad bad to the store showing her the black dots. I was told by 2 workers in store that they would order me a new screen it would take 2-5 business days to arrive . I said ok and was allowed to keep iPad until screen arrived. I was then called on that following Monday by the tech that supposedly fixed my iPad . He asked me to bring iPad in next day between 10-4. I arrived at store Tuesday at 10:30am. I showed and told the man the black dots on my screen also informing him that my iPad won’t charge to 100%. He said that he would look at the battery and the charging port and there was nothing he could do about the screen. He told and showed me where he only replaced my front screen . I asked for a copy of my receipt to show him that I paid for my digitizer to be replaced. We began to exchange words I told him that if the problem wasn’t fixed I would dispute charges with my bank due to paying for a survive that I did not receive. This is when the man threatened to lock me out my iPad and when I asked for my iPad back he started that I would get it back in an hour. I asked for my iPad back multiple times.

    Took iPad for repair supposed to be done in 2 days, they replaced the part in approximately 5 days but messed up the screen components inside, half of the screen would not work. They wanted to charge me almost $400 dollars more to fix the screen, and I told them to do it but then they kept telling me the parts didn’t come in for another seven days. I finally picked it up damaged beyond repair it seems. I picked it up today and I was talking to another customer about my problem and I wasn’t talking loud or angry but apparently the manager/repair man overheard me and came out of another room and told me to get the hell out of his store and then when I was walking to my car he came out of his store and yelled sir sir sir and when I turned around he gave me the middle finger. I went to **** *** the same day. Today and they said he totally destroyed my iPad so I bought a new one and it cost me $1,200. I am totally disgusted with this business and the way the owner treated me. I am a totally disabled veteran who severed in Vietnam and 76 years old and to be bullied by a much younger man and a manager of a business is deplorable. I am deeply hurt and $1.200 in debt to **** ***.
