    Two Maids has been cleaning my house for me for the past couple of months and they've been doing an amazing job upkeeping my house and doing the things I dread doing. Coming home to a clean house is wonderful! I would highly recommend their services because they are friendly, professional, and understanding and the quality is fantastic!

    I first used this service a month ago and the house was not cleaned so I called the office and Cassidy explained they had problems with the employee they sent to clean my home and she would come re-learn. They did and I gave her my card to pay for the service. I gave them another chance qirh my home and my airbnb. This visit on both houses Cassidy charged my card ( I never authorized her to keep my card on file or charge it) before I even saw the home and if it had been cleaned. I called her and she credited back 180 of the 590 she charged me (which she said she would credit back both til I saw the home). After I arrived home the homes HAD NOT been cleaned and somehow looked like they where worse. I called several. Times to which she said she would not send anyone out because they where busy with a potential client and they saw my home on video. I was in shock and she charged my card again my card back the 180 for the 2nd uncleaned home. She then informed me they would never clean for me again and I probably never planned on paying them in the first place. I own a business and never expect payment until I have done the work so I was very offended. Lastly she added I was harassing them by my call and she did not feel safe coming to my home. Oddly enough I noticed she added the same word age to several other complaints. It's her way out. I WOULD never allow them in my home and I've never paid for something and not gotten anything in return. I'd think twice before I used this business. I feel they are a BIG SCAM!!
