    They told me they needed the cash payments from me because of my insurance company. Which is unfounded because it was supposed to be free.after rendering 700$ in small amounts I eventually quit going there.what a scam and way to rip people off in there desperate time of need.

    patient’s grievance
    To Whom it may concern,

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing
    to address the recent grievance regarding the patient’s insurance coverage on
    her visits to our clinic from May 28, 2024, through May 30, 2024.

    After reviewing your records, it appears that
    the patient was were classified as a “guest doser” during your time with us,
    which means that she was not a registered patient of our clinic. As a result,
    we are unable to accept her insurance for the services provided during her
    visits. Our policy requires that guests pay for their services on a cash basis.

    She was initially charged $36, which included
    the intake fee and the medication fee. For her stay, our daily rate is $16. I
    understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the total charges,
    and I apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

    If you would like, we can provide you with
    written documentation detailing your visits and the associated charges. This
    documentation will include your name and other identifying information, but it
    will clearly outline that you were classified as a guest during your time in
    our clinic.

    Please know that we strive to provide clear
    communication regarding billing and insurance policies, and I regret any
    inconvenience this situation may have caused her. If you have further questions
    or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
