      Have been trying to call the customer service for two days, dialed all the number including the sales number, the PA location, the NY location office, not got through at all! Is this company going out of business?n

      Grossly unprofessional and sloooow!!! No sense of urgency or competence from the top down. They do not care about service whatsoever. I was told contradictory things, refused a manager, got a manager, Victoria she lied to me and went on vacation, call back left on a ridiculous hold then hung up on, called back no one answers. They like to play. Do not take them at their word.

      Their fees are over the top. Every time I spoke to a customer rep, I was told something different. They charged me $105 to overnight a check 5 days ago that I’ve never received. Make it make sense! On their website, it gives you the option to have funds deposited in your account. Guess what? That is false! They do not offer direct deposit for distributions however it is listed on their website as on option. This company is a joke.
