I'd give them 0 stars if it allowed me. But the techs and office staff were nice and professional. That's where the good review ends:
Took 5 weeks in the heat of Summer to get the part and have it installed. One week of that was because the owner, Gene Love, didn't submit the diagnosis to the warranty company because he expected me to pay him the out of pocket portion BEFORE he ordered the part or scheduled the service tech. But he wasn't even going to call me and tell me. He simply brushed us aside until I called him to inquire about a time. He told me too many people stiff him and he won't do anything until we pay. Then, while discussing this, he insulted me by saying that if I really made good money I wouldn't have a home warranty. What does that even mean? We've been with the warranty company for 20 years.
Also, Gene is the ONLY person in the office he allows to talk to the warranty company or answer questions about a warranty claim. No one else can even call the warranty company. Not even the parts manager is allowed to give us an update on parts ordered or any information about our job. And since Gene works in the field on jobs himself, he only works on warranty admin stuff at night after hours. This causes a delay and slows progress on all jobs.
I asked him why he didn't train someone there or hire someone, and his excuse was "no one can do this but me."
Rude - he insulted me for having a warranty. I still don't understand that one.
Unprofessional - won't allow anyone in the office to answer questions about warranty work.
Unethical - even though the deal with the warranty company clearly states the customer pays their portion AT TIME OF INSTALLATION, Hospitality made us pay the full amount before doing anything for our claim.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is contracted with HSA so we were forced to use them. They misdiagnosed our ac issue just so they could get more money. They actually said our coil was dropped, if that could be possible. We informed the warranty company, had another company come out for second opinion. The other company confirmed the coil was out due to wear and tear. The warranty approved the repair, and against our wishes, returned us back to hospitality heating and air. Once again they sent another misdiagnosis so they could pocket money, and now we are stuck since June without A/C. The company is unethical and purely unprofessional. Please find someone else. They use the warranty company for leads only. One of our clients that had our same issue used another A/C repair provider and their coil is already repaired!
