      From the first interaction with the sales rep through communication, installation, and working with my time frame, I was very impressed. The professionalism of the install team was second to none. Would highly recommend this company.

      I could not get past the rude hyper lady who answered their phone. She interrupted me every time I tried talking. When I finally spoke up and interrupted her she said we don't want your business, we are putting you on NO SERVICE list. Then she said she was going to charge me for 3 service calls. I didn't have any service calls and no tech ever came out. I was sick with Covid and missed the Techs call by 20 minutes as I was sound asleep not sleeping well the night before. She was pissed that I missed the call. I couldn't even explain to her that I don't live there. I am the owner. Three girls live there who attend USC. This is student housing. She didn't care that these girls had no AC in the 90+ degree heat. Tried talking to the service manager. His response was we don't need your business, our families have enough food on the table. ??? There is NO such thing as "The customer is always right" anymore. Anyway after reading other reviews, Im glad they turned me away. Other reviews are claiming they are not completely honest. Money is tight these days and I really don't want to be ripped off.
