    When I was seen at Allure I scheduled a Botox appointment. I told the employee what I wanted, and I also told her that I do not like filler. All of the sudden two other ladies came in, handed me a mirror and asked me what I saw when I looked in it. I pointed out some obvious flaws, in my forehead, I told them I wanted the Botox in my forehead, cupids bow, crows feet and lip, and reiterated I do not want any filler, all of the sudden they became very pushy and kept telling me I needed to purchase a $2400.00 filler package. I stated again I am not interested in that: they stated I could finance the over priced service. I politely told them no. They stated that I needed 55 units, and of Botox, and I agreed. after they were done with the service they told me they couldn’t place any in the top of my forehead and I would need to come back in two weeks for that, yet still charged me for the 55 units, they claimed to have disbursed in all areas except my forehead. With that said when I would return in two weeks I would have to pay for more units in my forehead. This was AFTER the service and I was very upset. It’s basically forcing a person to come back and spend more money because it wouldn’t look appropriate without doing so. Botox should last for 90-120 days. I did not return to them as this was all very deceptive, now 5 weeks later I had to pay $720.00 to another provider to have this done correctly. This is nothing short of a scam, and I would like to be refunded.

    I signed up for their weight loss program which included them ordering Semiglutide Compound. P.A. Angela R***** stated she was placing order while I was on the telephone call with her and that I should receive by mail in a week or two but no longer than 2 weeks. I waited the full two weeks and called back because I didn’t receive anything through mail. When I talked with Angela R***** this time that she forgot to place the order this was Monday April 1st and that she would place it now and I should receive by Friday April 5th I told her as long as I received it by that Friday. She said I may receive it before then. I never received it so I called Angela R***** back on Monday April 8th I asked for a refund and as of April 10th today I don’t see where a refund has been issued. I would like a full refund of $990.00 the amount I paid to their office by phone through AFFIRM on April 1st. Please see that this refund is processed to me or to AFFIRM in my name. I still have not received the Semiglutide through the mail and I requested the refund April 8th and I asked that she send me proof of the refund being processed and she said she would but that has not been received either.

    It appears the Affirm account I used to pay Allure Medical Spa has been credited back to the account. Refunding the full $990.00. I have not received any communication from Allure Medical about the refund but I am satisfied I have my refund.
