    Horrible I will avoid using this parking lot ever in the future. I entered in my plate incorrectly but clearly submitted proof I paid for the parking. They reduced the fine by 10.00 and it should have been cleared completly. They have a no reply email address and you can't get a hold of anyone. They said that I didn't pay for it even though I sent the receipts in. It's unethical to charge twice for a service when I already showed proof I paid for the parking but had an issue where I typed my plate in wrong. Very unfair so on top of paying for the parking. I have to pay an additional 30.00 plus the 10.00 that I paid to begin with. Hope they feel great about stealing from people.

    I would have left no stars they made me placed one. This company Vista Parking will rip you off. Most parking location that charges have each parking spots marked on the ground or a sign facing each parked. I parked inside of a parking lot that didn't have any sign mounted to it. Went inside of nearby business first the Arts they were closed. then went into another business close. upon returning to my vehicle I observed a citation attached to my wiper blades. I typed the website and put in the citation number noticed within the photo none of them had a sign just other areas none attached to the photo in which I parked. Filed an appeal it returned rejected on 8/17/23. I called the location to resolve this matter and have the ticket removed. The guy I spoke with became very rude and began laughing when I asked to speak to his manager/ Owner. I politely inform him that I needed to speak to the owner and this matter isn't funny. He then proceeded to state he'll inform him. Please beware of there scam. Businesses manager are always availableif there not busy helping customers. I would like to to be reimbursed and an apology regarding how his employee acted. Thanks
