      We had excellent service on our gas logs and tankless water heater. Jesse also diagnosed another issue with our water pressure that a previous plumber (from another company) had not.

      These people don't even deserve one star. First of all, these folks sent the technician to my home two hours before the scheduled appointment. Also, they took $145 to tell me they couldn't repair the showerhead leak because it was not leaking at the time their technician looked at it. The only thing the technician did do is comply with my request to install a new showerhead arm. I didn't want him to get away with getting paid $145 for doing nothing. I will never hire these people again!

      Mr. David, I've looked in our system and our records show that you were given a time window of 9 to 12 and our technician marked that he arrived at 9:07 am. I am sorry that you were not happy with your price, however, $145.00 is a standard charge for us to come out to your location and install a customer-supplied part and that is the only thing we charged you for. I understand your frustration as your shower was not leaking at the time of arrival but we would of been more than happy to return if your problem arose again.
