1 starif you are not happy with the work they do you are told if you don't pay the bill they will put a lien against your property. Apparently, they do not have to stand behind their work and you as a customer are just left with a bad job. DO NOT use Crosby, the owners do not care.Review fromLindsey S

5 starsUsed Crosby for gutter replacement. The estimate was clear and precise. Scheduling the job was timely and easy. While assessing the gutters he also examined the shingles. While he could have easily upsold that job he was honest and said I did not need new shingles. The installation (and take away of old) was clean and quick. There was one weird area where the roof lines come together from three different angles and dripped on my front porch chairs. They very cleverly designed a system to route the water away and toward the down spout. I will certainly use Crosby for any other roof type work. Very pleased with the job. 1 starWe ask for repairs first and they completed they say it won’t last because of the roof condition. After a few month the roof start to leak again and we ask for the complete roof job. For our surprise after a few month we find out that they did not complete the whole roof. They left the old roof in the section that was leaking. They did not change the shingles. Now we have two color roof and other sections with unfinished corners that critters and insects can enter the attic. We called the salesman, after inspection he said he will talk to the owner and take care, but after that always is next-day or no answers. We have been waiting months. Crosby Roofing did my roof and gutters last year after the hail storm. A few of my neighbors used them and were happy with the results so when I was ready to deal with the roof I called them. Their rep Cole showed up on time, was professional and helped me through the whole process. I have recommended them to others and would definitely use them again.Crosby Roofing and Gutters

I had these guys replace my roof and do other repairs for me and I referred these guys to 4 other friends and neighbors. They did not do the full job that they promised and were contracted to do for me and my referrals had the same issues also. Do not pay these guys until you are happy with the job is what I can say. Lee the manager of the job on my house never responded to my calls or text and the salesman and owner had to step in. The crew that I had didn’t speak very good English so there was a language barrier when I had issues with the job being done at my house. 3 out of 4 referrals had issues with Crosby not doing the job that they promised and tried to cut corners. I will never use these guys again and be leary using these guys.Crosby Roofing and Gutters
