    Extremely over priced. They charged $25 to replace each remitter. Emitter retail cost less than a dollar. Owner said I was paying for the expertise. The tubing was already there all they had to do was slip it into the existing hole. A child with no expertise could do that. Didn’t take 5 minutes to install 5 at the cost of $25 each. They charged $100 for call and setting timer - that seemed reasonable. Could not recommend Busy Bees !

    Any service company that I have ever used is going to use a service call fee to cover some of the expenses in the event that the repair does not generate enough revenue to cover some expenses. Yours was $65. We’re talking about a total of $225 cost here total, not in the thousands or anything. I interacted with the customer and asked her graciously. “what would you like to pay us then?“; What I’m saying is “we can refund you the money that you think you don’t need to be paying. Please tell us what you would like to pay us?”. The next thing I know, she says that she’s going to “take the higher ground and not speak to me anymore“, then I get this review on the Better Business Bureau. I do respect all customers and the BBB, so I have logged in and I have responded, and I again say publicly: What do you think you should pay us for this work that we have come to your home to do, we have expertly done for you, and are now asking for your input? Thank you for the review, we will work harder to do even better than we already are in terms of customer satisfaction. Best regards, owner.
