    I ordered a circuit board $1465.00 on 6/5/2023. I called back the next day to cancel the order. I was told by their agent, no problem it has not shipped yet and I should get my refund thru paypal with in a couple of days.
    1 week later I had not received a refund or any email about my refund. I called and spoke with sales person who said she had no record of the refund request, but no problem it still had not ship and she would file a new refund. I called back again 2 days latter and she said paypal has the refund and if I do not get it I should call them. 2 days go by and I call Paypal and they have no such refund request. I had to file a investigation with Paypal and I am still waiting for my refund more than 10 days since my first request.
    I hate having to go thru this.

    This has been refunded. We do not control the timeline for Paypal to process. The anticipated date for the refund to clear is 6/21-6/26.

    We were able to get confirmation with customer on the phone that this refund is in process and in Paypal's hands. We will work on better communicating to customers the exact process of a Paypal refunds and the timeline to expect them in. Due to the nature of Paypal and their API integration with our ERP system, it is a multi step process. And in many cases involves potential delays as we have to confirm some drop ship cancellations with out vendor. Based on feedback from the customer, we did not meet their standards for service and communication. We apologize for this and will work to improve the timeframe in which these request are processed.

    The issue has been resolved. Paypal has been funded and hopefully I will receive payment for Paypal soon.

    The day of the transaction is 7/19/22 the order number is******, in total the machine was $6,065. The machine took a longtime to get here, they let us know that there were issues, and we waited. When the machine got here and it was not working, we spoke to mark many times and asked for a refund, he said warranty is in place to avoid refunds for damage from delivery which Is what he thought happened, so a tech came and found out that the motor and battery’s were bad, again we asked for a refund because the delivery had nothing to do with the damage, but they said no they want to get it fixed, we agreed, and another tech came with the motor, but when he tried putting it on, he found another issue which was the area where the pad goes, and it was broken, he let us know that the machine came like that, whoever put it together didn’t check that it was broken and just put it in and didn’t test it, or they would have seen the issue, again we asked for a refund, and we have not gotten any answer other than, I’ll let you know what the superior says and that’s all we have heard, mark is the only one we have spoken to because he is the warranty guy, he never responds and when he does it’s to let us know he will talk to us the next day, and speak to his boss, but he never calls or texts back, we just want the money back, the machine came broken, and it’s refurbished, but that doesn’t mean that we get a broken machine. It’s frustrating dealing with this company, it feels like they want to sweep this away and ignore us. And it feels like they are trying to scam us by sending a machine with broken parts.

We are trying to assist you in resolving this situation, waiving our normal terms and conditions and offering to replace your current unit with a new unit.
