    5/23 my car broke down at intersection of hwy378 and Harbor dr.. I walked 2 block s to Drs office where I called and scheduled tow service. Back to car police were there And he said that he also called the towing service and that his would probably get there first. It would not have mattered to me but I didn't realize he was coming that the absolute towing people were so irresponsible. I told the towing service I wanted my car to be towed to Redmond's where I was being expected for my automobile to be repaired or at least looked at. Absolute towing service towed my car to their facility. Ant, my cell phone actually was in the car so I was unable to contact anyone to come and pick me up. I went to my auto repair Redmond's , car was not there. Absoluted towing my car to their establishment so I had to get away over to their office on 1000 buff st. Wcola. 3.1 miles from where picked up. They would not allow me to get my phone out of my car or do anything to my car until I had to go to the police department and get a release from them which was ridiculous. I had no violation. I had no ticket I had no nothing. I don't did not understand that whole thing. I go to the police department they bring me back over there with a to sign the release and then I'll leave the car. Not realizing I had to pay a $50 a night fee which I had to pay along with the $300. They charged me for the one 3.1 mile they told me ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I want to have. I want some money back and I don't know how much I would like. I'd like $300 back. I think they should not have any money for the service they gave me and the way that they treated me they yelled and screamed . The policeman took me home the next morning. I called and want to have my car towed to Redmond's Auto Repair and they tell me I have to bring back the thing I just signed at the department gave to hem bring it back to them because I needed it to transport th

    On January 25, I parked in Visitor Parking lot for Maxy Gregg Park/Pool, Garden Center and the Lourie Center. I parked in parking space in front of black truck at 956AM. The shrubs that surround the Visitor Parking sign are in the photo. When I returned to parking lot around 12PM, I saw my car was towed. I requested assistance from the staff at Landmark Resources, LLC. I submitted a BBB complaint against that Landmark Resources, LLC earlier today. Donnie at Absolute Towing Inc. towed my car illegally. I uploaded proof of the VISITORS sign. Absolute Towing only accepts cash as a form of payment. How many people are walking around with $150 cash in 2024? Most businesses accept payment methods that are convenient for the customer. Not so with Absolute Towing. This company is a bad actor treating citizens of Columbia poorly with utter disregard for the individuals impacted. Please review the pictures of the signs I uploaded. The VISITORS sign is posted in the bush. I parked in a parking space where you can clearly see it is the same exact bush where the sign is posted. Also, the sign has CPD at the bottom beneath the statement regarding towing. Nowhere does it state to call Absolute Towing for possession of the vehicle. The staff at Lourie Center and I wasted time on the phone with CPD because CPD didn't tow my car. How would anyone know to contact Absolute Towing? I wasn't able to take my required steroid medication at the appropriate time (1230PM daily), nor leave to take care of my sick daughter. For two hours, I had no idea if I would have transportation, nor where my car was located. My neighbor drove 30 minutes to ensure that I was safe and to take me to Absolute Towing in West Columbia, SC to retrieve my car. Lourie Center is a resource center for individuals aged 50 and over. Absolute Towing towed my car without cause. They caused harm to me. I suffered anxiety, a flare-up with my condition, stress, and no rest last night.
