    These people are criminals. They will come on your property and destroy your yard and have no regard for the home owners that have to pay the price for their bad mistake. It has been 3 weeks since they destroyed my yard trying to install AT&T fiber and ended up cutting a water line that's still leaking as we speak. Mind you, this is a new construction home that I just bought not even 3 months ago so the fact that they showed no care for my yard is beyond disgusting and shameful. I've since then filed a claim but no one has came out to try to fix the problem THEY MADE. The Columbia office NEVER answers the phone and the customer service line keeps giving me the run around saying that they will escalate my situation but that's a total lie --THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ON SILENT FOR WEEKS. If they do not come to my property and fix the problem THEY MADE, I will be taking them to small claims court. I'm sick of dealing with something that isn't my fault and should not have to.

    Between May and June of 2022 **** contractors installed Fiber cable in my yard. The grass in my yard was dug up a minimum of 3 times to install and/or repair the fiber cable. As a result of this my home phone which was through **** stopped working. I switched providers because of this. I called **** multiple times to report the yard damage and was given several complaint numbers, and told to call Sedgwick. Sedgwick wrote me a letter dated September 26. 2022 informing me that they do not handle lawn restoration. Finally, I was given a number to call 877-245-6660. I was given yet another complaint number #*****.

    I am requesting that my lawn be restored.

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Mr. Vince late yesterday afternoon. I informed him that the sod placed in my yard, didn't cover all of the yard that was damaged. I met with him a few minutes ago and shared photos with him.  He agreed to come out and place additional sod based on the evidence that I provided to him.

That is correct there is a scheduled landscaping restoration for Friday 5/19 or before to address the issues you have in the yard after it was worked prior. Vincent Alston with our team spoke with you yesterday. I apologize I didn't have the most current information when I responded to your note here on the BBB system.
