This is was my second trip with Melanin Globe and let me say they never disappoint . My trip to ****** was another one for the books. I didnt have to worry about planning anything but what i was gonna wear for the day. Our host ****** was very insightful and gave tips and information on the islands we visited. She took the best photos of us. It felt like we had a personal photographer and she always put them on the chat at the end of the night. She also had the best music playlist when we were driving in the sprinters or on the yacht and she didnt hesitate to share it in the chat. If youre thinking about booking a trip with Melanin Globe I would say do it because you wont regret it.Beyond the great itinerary, I met a group of incredible people who made the trip even better! In the club we all fam, lol.

5 starsI recently took a trip to Bali, Indonesia with Melanin Globe. This was one of many trips that I have taken with the company, and it was absolutely the best experience and adventure ever. It was filled with many great adventures and the time for yourself was spot on. Our travel guide, Gede Teja was the consummate professional who provided everyone with respect, kindness and guidance needed to have an amazing time. It you have never traveled with Melanin Globe you are missing out on a great time. I have a trip planned with them for Dubai/Maldives and cannot wait to explore another new place with a company that I know will make sure all the stops are pulled out for it to be the best ever. I recently took a trip to ********* with this travel group and had an amazing time! This was my second trip with the company and I have several other trips coming up! The owner was our ********** was amazing just like my first trip. I really love the attention paid to detail when creating the itineraries. The chef we had during our cabin stay was great, the cabin was spacious and very nice and the excursions were adventurous and fun! I will always recommend Melanin Globe as **** truly tries to make sure everyone has a comfortable experience.Melanin Globe

El Salvador and Guatemala were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the group of ladies I traveled with, the accommodations and the host. The host was absolutely amazing, she had such a vibrant personality, keep us informed, ensured we had everything and she spoke Spanish. I’ve been on several Melanin Globe trips but this one is definitely in my top three. If you are debating traveling with this group don’t debate it any longer, just book it.Melanin Globe

Our trip to Cartagena was absolutely amazing! From the breathtaking views to the delicious food and incredible people, every moment was unforgettable. Our host, Dee, was as fun and engaging as always, ensuring the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. This was my second trip with Melanin Globe, and I’ve already booked my third!
The Pelanque experience, boat trip, and mud volcano were definite highlights and top-notch adventures I highly recommend. If you’re looking for a well-curated, fun, and memorable trip, don’t miss out on this one. I can’t wait for the next adventure!Melanin Globe

My trip to Cartagena, Colombia, was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to my incredible host, Dee. From the moment we arrived, Dee went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured our experience was seamless. She was so helpful with Spanish, teaching us key phrases and assisting with communication, which made navigating the city a breeze. Dee also shared fantastic local recommendations that gave us a true taste of Cartagena’s culture and charm. Her kindness, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the city made this trip unforgettable.Melanin Globe

Overall the trip was good. The activities, meals, and scheduling worked well. ***** the host/guide was amazing. She provided in depth information about the Emirati culture and gave suggestions for more immersion beyond the itinerary, which I prefer. The cost was reasonable. The lowlights; the stay at the ************ was subpar, the room smelled like an ashtray (although it was not on a designated smoking floor), the floor tiles underneath the carpet were moving each time we walked within the room and the housekeeping staff took our bedsheets after being asked to service the room (they did not service it all day and we had to ask for service after returning late from an outing). We alerted the hotel of the issues within the room, however their only option was a much smaller room that also smelled like an ashtray. It took an entire day to get more sheets. The staff in the hotel was nice and very accommodating, but the hotel room was not great. The location for the hotel in ********* was even worst; it was very very dated and was not the best option. We stayed an additional night in ********* but changed hotels to the ************************************* which was very nice. Had I not been traveling with my cousin, I would have left the *************** the first night and paid for a stay elsewhere. ** did offer a refund for the stay in *********. I'd strongly recommend using the Courtyard for future group travel; breakfast wasn't included, but the room was very nice. The excursions were nice and very engaging. This was my second trip to *****, I also came in a day ahead to get settled. The only downside to the excursions was that an hour was allocated for time at the *****. Given that this was the only time for others to enjoy this cultural and shopping experience, more time should have been allocated, or the schedule for the day should have been communicated in advance so that folks could have better planned their free time before this day.Melanin Globe

We appreciate your honesty and are glad we could resolve the initial issues during your trip.Regarding the hotel quality, we understand your expectations weren't fully met. We'll take your comments into consideration for future accommodations, especially in *********. When it comes to the time spent on tours, unfortunately with group travel experiences, it limits us. Our goal is to start a practice of adding more leisure days, to give travelers time to circle back around to experiences they'd want to spend more time on/at.
