    Central Air went out July 28. Called Rick's as they had done work on it before for the previous home owner. They came out said something about leak in compressor and they would let me know. Today July 29 had not heard back so I called spoke with Roxy she had no record of the address in their system even though they had serviced the CA before. She was also patronizing calling me "hon" and saying "bless your heart". I called back half hour later she finally was able to find the address and the records. She also found the work slip and all it had was the time he spend which was 90 minutes and he was only at my place 30. She said it included travel time. I looked it up on Google and it's only 8 minutes from the shop to my home. So 16 minutes plus half hour is .75 hours not 1.50. I said I won't pay for 1.5 hours when travel and time was half if that. She put me over to Rick the owner. Repeated what I told Roxy he said he would look into it but they do charge a minimum of one hour. I said I need to know how much it would cost for repair still wouldn't give me an answer, I asked when they could repair it and they said they may not get out there till next week. I told him that's unacceptable and he told me go somewhere else, I said fine I will.

    Ricks staff is unprofessional, not honest, unknowledgeable, and gouges their customers.
