    We had all the window treatments done in the house Sixteen total in 2020. BB offer a life time guarantee we had problems with a couple of shades and took almost a year to correct, the wand to control a large blind (push button to go up and down) needs to be replaced the one they put in was falling out of the blind exposing its wires, last contact was on April 12th 2024 I have given them plenty of time to get this part in as it is not a specialty order, I have left voice message (he never Never picks up phone) I texted him Two times and he has gone silent. I did put a complaint in with Budget Blind head quarters on a diffrent matter other then the wand and because its a franchise they said there is nothing they can do! At the very lease I told them this Franchise is giving you a bad name.I have already paid for my blinds in full and deserve the service they guarantee! The head quarters said they would forward my complaint to the owner last name ******* he never reached out to me. FYI the person who installed our blinds(Josh) was spot on he was very professional always returned phone calls keeping me informed, If they would just stay in contact with me I probably would not be filing this but just to do nothing is unacceptable. Thank you for your time ****** *

     Budget Blinds has contacted me they have a new person taking over so I would like to retract my initial complaint I have a appointment made with new guy *****. Thank you I don't want the new person to start out on a bad foot so case closed and thank you again!!
