      on 10/22/24 we contacted ****** from outlaw recovery as he was recommended by the owner of the KOA campground in alexandria SD. we were traveling across country from oregon to iowa. we had broke down and were stuck there. ****** came with some portable diagnostic and looked at truck, said to come to his shop the next day and he would fix. he at first didn’t seem to know much, then advised he may have to “clean a sensor” also told me he would give me some $$ off the diagnostic charge . on 10/23/24 mt wife , ***** took truck to him. we have a 2019 toyota tundra v8 heavy duty truck with triton engine . he “cleaned” the O2 sensor , and replaced battery. we then got back to iowa and had to take truck to
      the dealer who then informed that O2 sensor was bad and should have been replaced. they did replace so after paying ****** $452.77 we had to then spend hundreds of dollars on it again. fast forward to 1/24:25 and truck wouldn’t start for 5 days, wife took to dealer once again and was told battery was NOT accurate size for a heavy duty truck! it was for a lightweight truck so that is why it wouldn’t start it In the cold winter weather. I contacted ****** and left a message very detailed, telling him he should have replaced sensor, and gave wrong battery and he didn’t take $ off the diagnostic as he claimed me would. no response so I called him the next day and told him same ring, he said naw it was right battery, I said no I have paperwork from the dealer proving it wasn’t c he denied so I advised I would be contacting BBB. I want a FULL refund.
