    Order was placed on Aug 23 for 2 tires, the price was $120, I got and email saying the were shipped but that showed it was actually coming from China. The tracking number was *************, it said it was delivered to Sonoma ca which is not the right city and when I try to contact them they do no respond

    August 14th 2023, I purchased 2 tires and wheels from this company for my trailer. I paid $69.88 for the items. I have not received the item, it just keep saying that it is in New York and it hasn't moved. No one will respond back thru email and the phone number does not work for them. I have done everything possible to contact them with no feedback at all.

    I ordered tires from them and I tracked my order today and it was delivered in Hawaii. I am thousands of miles from there. Tennessee is no where near Hawaii. I just want my money back since I ordered them August 8th.

    On May 24, 2023, I placed an online order with this business. Order #*****, in the total amount of $******, for 2 tires (********* *** *********). The amount was taken out of my account on May 24, 2023, however as of 10:30pm on May 30, 2023, their system still reads the status of the order as processing. I have called the contact number (**************), which is ** **** number, though the company is supposed to be out of ***** ******, during regular business hours numerous times, it always rings 4 times and then hangs up on me. There is no place to leave a phone message. I have emailed (********************) at least four times with no response. The address (*** ****** ******* *** **** ***** ** *****) is a home, not a business. I want nothing more to do with this and want my money returned.

    I ordered a 12 Foot Pumpkin Skeleton from this seller back on March 09, 2023. The amount was for $** and paid for with my personal credit card. Payment was taken for said amount from the seller.

    I have not received the item I purchased. I have sent 2 emails with the invoice showing I paid for this item as well as a picture depicting the item from the company. I have not received a response from either email.

    On 04/05/23 I called the number on the items site and got no answer and was unable to leave a message because that feature wasn't available.

    I'm asking the BBB to step in and retrieve the item I have purchased. Or to have my money reversed back to the credit card I paid for it with.

    I ordered a singular tire from a site called DARESND ** ***** ******* ***. Immediately after purchasing, the company name and location switched to ******* ******* ******* ** *****. Being directly concerned with these changes, I reached out in multiple emails to cancel the product but heard nothing back. I filed a dispute with ****** in which ******* ******* ultimately won due to a fake (my guess) tracking number. Obviously, the product never arrived and could not have been taken from the delivery premises as I have cameras I had to access on the day the product was 'delivered.' I dug a little deeper and found their website sells all kinds of random women's clothing with other random products like the mud terrain tire I tried to purchase. To me, this seems highly suspicious and even if I don't get my refund (only $** or so), I would like to bring it to the BBB's attention to prevent further deception/fraudulent activity from occurring to others. One additional note, I ordered this product on the 22nd of December and was informed it would take between 15-25 days to ship minimum on January 25, despite having apparently the product shipped and arrived on the 3rd of January. It is another aspect that makes zero sense and adds to my suspicion of the situation. Thank you and below is a link to the home of the website;

    I ordered a tire online from Daresnd,on 11/1/22,,,oder no. **** was a ********** all season ultra touring tire (215/55 r18) paid *****....havnt received it or heard anything,,called and left two messages with no reply now it says it is a not working number,,,thanks Marc ******
