      On 11/4/2024 I purchased a 30FCD - Fat Cat Animal Trap under Orde* ******* on TruCatch's website. On May 10, 2025, the first and only time the trap was used, we caught a raccoon and the raccoon damaged the trap. I filed *********** on May 11, 2025 which included a picture of the damage to the trap caused by the raccoon. Although I followed up on the website on May 28, 2025 and then again on June 23, 2025 and then finally left a voice mail message on July 7, 2025 (no one answers their customer service line), I have heard nothing back from this company regarding a refund or replacement as requested in the RMA. After this experience I want a refund of the full price paid including shipping. Not interested in a replacement after this frustrating experience.

      I'm sorry we did not respond to your RMA request.  I am seeing now that our website RMA process is broken and not letting us see or interact with RMA requests.  I have emailed a prepaid return label and included one in this message as well.  Once you have returned the animal damaged trap we will refund you.

      on 5/21/25 I purchased the Feral Cat Recovery Cage set and the Trap divider.
      Once I received the cage and tried to set it up and the most critical piece, the Divider would not fit. It was poorly made and was not secure. The cat would be able to get to the other side of the divider.
      The Divider is the main purpose of the cage because you are doing after-care when the cat has gotten spayed or neutered. It allows you to change the litter and feed them without getting attacked.
      It simply did not work.

      On 5/28/25 I processed an email return on the website. It said "Pending Approval." Every time I check back, it just says "Pending Approval." You can see from the picture below I have submitted additional comments each time from the hoping to get a response.

      I have called repeatedly. I have never spoken to anyone and I have left 4 messages.

      They say it needs to be done in 30 days but they will not get back to me.

      With the 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping I will be losing half of the money I spent which is completely unfair. I cannot even donate it to a shelter because it doesn't work!

      I'm sorry our website RMA is not working correctly.  I have notified the person who handles the upkeep of our website to try to fix this. I will help out with the return shipping cost as our account will make it much cheaper to return and have attached the prepaid return label.  We will also be waiving the restocking fee to help offset your frustration with us not responding.

      I purchased an animal trap online for $***** from Tru Catch on 6/26/21, order #******. I am a trapper for a local cat rescue and we frequently use these traps. This specific one is defective and the trigger plate will not set, making it useless. It has not worked from day 1 of receiving it. Tru Catch has a 5 year workmanship guarantee warranty that I am trying to get them to honor. I have emailed Tru Catch numerous times over the past year, with no response. I also sent requests straight through their website, tried to call but I get disconnected, and I have submitted their online RMA form (return request), all with yet again no response. * **** **** ******** ******* **** ********* ****** *** **** ***** *** **** **** ***** *** ******* ** ******** ******** I would appreciate help in getting this company to honor their warranty, or at least contact me back so that we can resolve this.

      The trap likely needs an adjustment. It is two years old and sometimes slight adjustments are needed. I have emailed this customer directly with a pdf showing how to make this adjustment and also how to return it if the adjustment does not fix the problem. We will need to verify the problem before replacing the trap.
