    We took my husbands truck here to get a factory recall repaired on his water pump. They took over a month to repair. When we finally got it back the rear bumper was dented and the rear back tail light housing was broke open. I was told by a technician that this is common and he had received a call the day I phoned them that said the same thing. They ignored my calls and avoided me at all costs. I would avoid this place if you would like your vehicle to come back to you in the shape you sent it in.

    The repair for the water pump was done at our facility and the reason it took over a month to do was because of back ordered parts which seems to be effecting almost every business in the world these days. When the vehicle was picked up it was pointed out that the rear bumper had a dent and the taillight had a hole in it. To our knowledge this was not done by one of our employees. We showed Mr. ******* the 4 wheeler we used to push it with didn't even come close to lining up with the dents. The taillight had a single hole in it like it would have been from a rock or something like that. I must admit I can't prove it was done before it came in but that doesn't mean we did it here. This definitely is not a common occurrence here as it was suggested, we're a customer service oriented business with a great reputation as our record shows.

    In response to Scott Peterson motors:

    The information given by the business in their response was false. First of all, the damage done to the truck was stated incorrectly. The taillight did night have a round hole it has a large impact crack and opening down the middle. The dents were also not on the tailgate, but on the rear bumper. I have yet to see the four wheeler or discuss the damage in person. My husband and I tried to go up there when they told us that they would look at the damage, but even though they said they would be there, no- one was around to help us. Mr. ******* then proceeded to make vague threats when I spoke to him on the phone, stating that I had tarnished their reputation. We have a meeting with him this Friday the 28th to discuss this matter.
