    It was a good, easy purchase. The sales lady helped me pick out a the right size water softener and filter. I got a Softpro softener. I took just over a week to get delivered to my house in 2 big boxes. Replacing my old softener was easy but still took me about 2 hours by myself. My existing plumbing fit with the hoses. So far the softener and filter are working great. I had it about 3 months,

    Hi! Totally happy it's a very strong softener. I've had for 3 years now. Last weekend, my son accidentally bumped the water softener pulling in with his truck into the garage. Not sure how he did that, but was not happy about it. Great thing is that the system remained working and not a drop spilled. I wanted to be sure everything was fine so I had a video call with Brian to check out the softener. He went thru the settings, looked around the equipment and was confrident. The best part was that I got to talk with a live person, and they spent time to help us out. Thanks!

    Very satisfied with our new water softener and filter and the amount of savings that I had. We've had it about 5 months now, and works amazing. I got it installed with a friend and took basically about 3-4 hours after I got the plumbing things from Home Depot. I didn't need to use their install support, since it was pretty straight-forward. My saleswoman, Christine was fantastic, and I'm writing this review on her behalf. I have recommended this to my 2 neighbors as well. Thank you!

    Working with Quality Water Treatment Inc. was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. After spending over 2 thousand dollars ordering their products and working through numerous problems, they tried to rip me off. One of the items that I ordered ($400) was never delivered. I spent over a month emailing their staff back and forth. Despite the fact that it was glaringly obvious that his item wasn't delivered, they refused to refund my money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and they continued to try and fight me. Luckily, I documented all of the email exchanges and they ultimately lost. This is an extremely dishonest and unethical company. I would never work with them again under any circumstances.

    I returned a water filter for a refund, I followed all instructions to do so, and I have not received a refund.
    I called may times, most of the time they will not answer, when they do, they tell me they are waiting on someone to process something, then they will do the refund and they will let me know when, but it never happens.
    My experience is this company has the worse customer service, and returns will not be refunded.

    Hello -

    The refund was processed 11/14/2023 prior to this review coming through to us or us even seeing it (as I was out of the office on vacation and these notices come through to me). We have very specific guidelines per our website on conditions of the product being returned. Once the product is received by the warehouse they must be processed in to the system then inspected to confirm they were in returnable condition. Once this is done we then have to wait from the credit and verification from the warehouse before processing the refund. We had every intention of processing your refund once this verification was received. In terms of someone answering we do return voicemails, emails, texts etc if you reach us when all representatives are helping another customer. To note - All customers have a profile within our CRM (customer relationship management) system and it does track all emails, incoming/outgoing calls, voicemails, and text messages. I've taken a look at your profile and from what I see all of your calls/texts/emails were returned in a timely manner and the customer service team did update you on where we were at in the refund process. I do apologize that the refund process has taken longer than you expected. We do however have to follow procedure to ensure the product was not used or damaged prior to return.

    I purchased a SoftPro water softener on Aug 17, 2023, and installed the unit when it arrived. I also purchased the KDF filter because the website stated it would prefilter the water, remove chlorine, and extend the resin's life. After the installation, I observed particles in the water coming from all my faucets. I made a complaint, sending pictures and videos. The customer service person, Rhea, speculated that it was resin, asked a question, and never responded. On Sept 18, I made another complaint with more videos and photos and was informed that it was escalated to the warehouse team. On Sep 22, I was asked to run several tests, which I did. Rhea said it was filter media, and they shipped a replacement KDF filter. The filter arrived in a few days but was the wrong size. I asked to be sent the correct one but was told to cut the one I received and make it fit because they would not assume the liability for making an error and cutting the part wrong, potentially damaging the unit. They wanted me to accept any and all liability and cut the part myself. But I did it wrong; it was on me. At this time, I sent them a written demand for a refund.

    On Oct 20, 2023, I received a call from Jeremy. Throughout two calls, totaling 34 minutes, he acknowledged that the KDF filter they advertised and sold as a prefilter was, in fact, NOT a prefilter, but a post-filter. and would not intend the life of the resin (Just a little FALSE advertising!) He stated that they have removed the filter from their website because of this.

    He offered to send me a different type of filter and a down tube. A few days later, only the filter arrived. I sent texts on Nov 1 and 3 asking for a tracking number. No response.

    On Nov 6, I left a voice mail. No response. The unit is useless and will not function without the proper parts, which they have refused to send.

    I have been more than patient in attempting to resolve this issue over the past ten weeks. (15 emails, 9 texts, and 9 phone calls)

    If i could leave 10 stars i would. Everything was top notch from using the online water quality reporting and recommendation Ai program on qualitywatertreatment.com website to delivery of my SoftPro high efficiency water softener and upflow carbon filter. Installation guides made it easy to understand, the quick connect hose kit i purchased from them made the installation very easy, took me 2.5 hours to install my system.

    If you want a top notch experience and high quality water treatment systems at a affordable price qualitywatertreatment.com is the place to go.

    they won't return phone calls or warranty their product. talked to the owner and he won't return call. the water conditioner will not remove smell from water as promised. I would be very careful dealing with this company.

    ODOR IN ONE FAUCET THAT LAST LESS THEN A MINUTE AND CLEARS, ALL OTHER FAUCETS THAT ALSO RUN THROUGH SAME CARBON FITER HAVE NO ODOR!

    Hello,

    We are sorry that you feel that we did not give you satisfactory service, we work had to give the best customer service in our industry and that is why we have been in business for over 33 years. 

    I want to bring a few things to light here though.

    1) We have recorded calls and emails back and forth with you so your claim of us not contacting you is false.

    2) It has been proven and established that the odor you are getting from one faucet in a small bathroom and none of the others in the house that ALL run through the same Carbon filter is not caused by the carbon filter " if it was then all the faucets in the home would have that odor. "It's established that when you bypass the carbon filter all you can smell is chlorine meaning the carbon filter works when in service". 

    We have established that the odor is an airborne bacteria, a venting problem or a drain issue at that location which can cause odors to come and go, you claim the odor is there when water sits in lines for a while but after running water for less than a minute odor goes away and again is only that one faucet "hence it's not a Carbon filter issue."

    Again, we are sorry you are unhappy, but the issue is not the carbon filter and we have spoken to you several times, for all the above reasons and troubleshooting that has been done. We have advised you to look into controlling airborne bacteria in that room, sterilizing the drain systems, checking the venting several times.

    Purchased a water softener, carbon filter, and reverse Osmosis from them a few months back. I wanted to wait until it had been installed for a few months before posting any reviews. Not only was the sales person I worked with great in helping me figure out what was best for me but their service team was awesome with any questions I had post purchase. I'm a little technically challenged so I called support a few times for help installing and programming, they got me through my questions and my systems up and running. These systems are great and I highly recommend Quality Water Treatment
