    I ordered 3 bottles without properly doing some research on the internet for $147.00. I get my bill and Barton Nutrition added on 9 more bottles for an additional 261.00 unauthorized charges. The lady on the other end of the phone at Barton Nutrition, called, Prescious, said I must have hit the wrong number. I did not hit the wrong number, and I am so irritated I am sending the whole shipment back and videotaping the outside of the package to show that it was never even opened. SCAM. One simply doesn't hit a wrong button go through the whole credit card process of paying for something without noticing extra charges. I had a hunch after the company continued to call me for three days after I placed the order that they were trying to get me to purchase another product which they said worked best in conjunction with the Cinna Chroma product. My thought is the people on the phone get a commission for excess sales and added 9 bottles. Who in their right mind would purchase $442 of a product (12 bottles) of a product they had never purchased before. 0 stars. I should have checked the BBB but will do that on all future online purchases. Next stop will be the online Attorney General's office for SD. then FEDEX to get this back to Barton Nutrition.

    I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. First of all the medication didn’t work for me as described, that’s not the reason for 0 stars though. I requested a refund only be to told I need to return all the bottles even though the website stated “you don’t need to return the bottle”. Seems like a bait and switch to me. Customer service was horrible to the fact they stopped corresponding. This was taken directly off their website

    Be aware for full credit you have to send back empty bottles as well.... the product didn't work even when I double up on dose. And the customer services are not willing to handle and hold up to what they said they would do...
